Sprint Sucks
I've been on the phone with Sprint for 2 hours!

They sold me a data plan to use my phone as a modem, but then it wouldn't work. It kept giving me ERROR #678.

Advanced tech support told me that there's no fix for the problem while using the Palm Centro, (that's the phone I have). They told me it's a known problem and that they've had many calls from other owners of the Palm Centro.


Now, knowing this, they sold me the data plan. It's twice the price of my power vision data package.

So tonight I called, and they said that, and went away for 10 minutes, then hung up on me.

I called back.

Right as the hold music stopped, my call ended.

I called back, waited on hold for 10 minutes, then got a guy who says there is a fix and that he doesn't know why anyone would say otherwise.

So now I've been on the phone again for 30 minutes waiting for the guy to get a laptop and a Palm Centro to go through it too to see what's going on since he hasn't had to work with the Centro and Vista together.

And here we are.

I'll let you know how it all turns out.
I'm slightly irritated at their business practices.
